Any account may be cancelled for a refund for any reason at any time. There are no contracts or hidden fees. If you cancel and request a refund, we will refund your most recent payment. No questions asked. One refund per person, please.

If your needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Feature changes will apply instantly, and the user and storage quota will apply retroactively to the beginning of your billing cycle. So you'll never end up stuck on the wrong plan.

Credit card billing enables us to activate accounts immediately and automatically renew accounts every month.
We are happy to accept Purchase Orders, checks or money orders, or to provide a mailed invoice. However, for these manually processed payment methods, we invoice annually rather than monthly and the Starter plan is not available. Just contact us, provide your full billing address, and let us know that you'd like to get an invoice for a year of service.
