Are there hidden fees or contracts?
Any account may be cancelled for a refund for any reason at any time. There are no contracts or hidden fees. If you cancel and request a refund, we will refund your most recent payment. No questions asked. One refund per person, please.
Change plans at any time!
If your needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Feature changes will apply instantly, and new user and storage quota will begin at the start of your next billing cycle.
Acceptable Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Credit card billing enables us to activate accounts immediately and automatically renew accounts every month.
We can only accept Purchase Orders, checks or money orders if they are a prepayment for at least one year of service and you contact us first.
Are there bandwidth limits?
We do not meter your bandwidth usage. However, if we notice that a given account is using an extremely high amount of bandwidth (more than 1,000 GB per month), we may ask you to upgrade to a custom plan. We've never had to do this so far.
Why isn't Brick free (or cheap)?
Because it's awesome! Brick provides many innovative features that free or open-source FTP server software doesn't have. Many of our clients have found that total cost of operating a file server is lower with BrickFTP™ than an in-house solution.
