Action Verb DMCA Policy

Action Verb LLC ("Action Verb") respects the intellectual property of third parties and expects its users to do the same. Action Verb will respond expeditiously to legitimate claims of copyright infringement committed using the BrickFTP site ("Site") or service ("Service), in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof, please report the alleged copyright infringement taking place on or through the Site or Service by completing the DMCA notice of alleged infringement ("DMCA Notice") below, which will be delivered to Action Verb's designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the DMCA Notice, Action Verb will take whatever action it deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, including removal of the content at issue from the Site and/or Service.
